In general, commercial applesauce is not legal -- and it's so easy to

make your own! Peel and core apples. Place in the top of a double boiler.

Cover and cook until soft. Whiz up with a hand blender. Add cinnamon and

honey if desired or needed. Chill.

I have never added honey, even using tart apples likes Granny

how many apples for like 8 servings?

and how long would this last in fridge?

can i freeze it? if so for how long?

feeling a lot better today- ate a burger patty.

i am thankful that these difficult and painful bouts take less and

less time for me to snap out of it (only 2 days.. in the past usually

takes at least a week or 2.. so i know i am on the right track. i

hope just the pain becomes less and less intense so i am not so afraid)

always meant to ask about musselman brand nothing in there but apples

water vit c - but i guess not huh?? it is easy jodi about 20 min for

peeling and coring but then i just boil them for an hour right in the

water dran and there mush or baked and mush when i want no more food

processor - a bit easier glad you're feeling better
