You can try intro again... but you're likely to see rounds of this from

time to time as you heal. Sometimes, the system just doesn't want to do

its job. In which case, you give it easier to digest stuff -- maybe cook

the veggies longer and / or puree them into a nice soup.

Would it surprise you to find out that for several days after I got That

News, I had a few rounds of undigested food?

hey marilyn,

that makes a lot of sense that this happens from time to time. ok.

it's really interesting this brain/stress component to all of this. i

think many people experience this differently in their body. some

people get headaches others don't sleep our first line seems to be the

gut.

thanks for always giving me such wise answers that make me stop and think!
