They have it at some other supermarkets, including shoprite, etc.

Depending on where you are located. But you seem, these days,

to have to buy the large size. I never see small yogurt plain full

fat anymore.

You can get yogurt starter from Lucy's kitchen shop:

or in plenty of other health food stores. Or there are other

brands of yogurt just with acidophilus. You just have to

look carefully.

I've been using something called Erivan yogurt, which

is lightly pasteurized and contains acidophillus.

True, Fage has no acidophilous, so to compensate, I do use it as a

starter yogurt but open a Lyo-San up and put it in the room temp milk

when I add the starter. It works well and I can definitely tell the

difference! When I first made it, I did not add it and the yogurt was

less sour. It does come out great this way!
