Apparently, it can be suitable just about anywhere. Terra Firma is in

British Columbia, Canada, and from my discussions with them, it could be

suitable for south Louisiana. So that's a pretty good range of

climates!

And yes, it's like a dream home for me, too. I maintain that I want a

library, and a kitchen, with some living space tacked on.
