These people have a No Sugar/No Nitrate ham, http://madewellmeats.com/shop/index.php?main_page=index but when I called for a full list of ingredients, I was referred somewhere else. I called that number and never received a return phone call. I got frustrated and gave up but you may want to pursue that. Beyond that, I would suggest looking for a local farm that raises hogs and see if you can get a fresh ham or a ham that is cured without sugar. That is what I finally had to do.
