Guest guest Posted March 28, 2008 Report Share Posted March 28, 2008 Mara, alot of them come dry roasted in the shell then you would just have to open them. If they aren't already roasted then I put them on a cookie sheet and pop them in the oven until desired roast. Keep turning them though. I get mine roasted in the shell (and unsalted so I can control the amount and type of salt). You can also buy them raw, then roast them yourself. If you buy them raw in the shell you can choose whether to roast them in the shell, or remove the shells then roast the peanuts. Kim M.
