Guest guest Posted February 21, 2008 Report Share Posted February 21, 2008 I used (prior to SCD) to make delicious cultured vegetables with a friendly bacteria culture starter. These bacteria are the following: Lactobacillus plantarum, Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis, Lactococcus lactis ssp. cremoris. Lactococcus lactis ssp. lactis biovar. diacetylactis Leuconostoc mesenteroides ssp. cremoris, I still have some at home. If they are legal, I will used them again. If not I'll give them away.
