Hi all. I just joined today. I've purchased STVC and now I'm just waiting for it

to arrive. I was

wondering if anyone could give me advice on how to go about getting started. For

instance,

what food items do you consider " staples " in this diet? From what I've seen so

far, homemade

yogurt and almond flour seem to be necessities. Is there anything else that's

indispensable?

Any help is appreciated! I'm sure I'll be posting a lot within the next few

weeks or so. :)
