Hmmm. 3 months. That makes it sound like flare? :-)

Sounds like it could be the three month flare... which, weirdly enough,

is a good sign, because it means you ARE starving out the bad bacteria,

and now they're fighting back -- and trying to persuade you to feed them.

Got a craving for illegals lately? I thought I was going to loose what

little sanity I possess for about three weeks.

Hi Nina,

I have a similar bowel problem occasionally and what helps is to avoid eating fat in the morning. Can't figure the logic, but it seems to help.

Hope you can figure out a cause.

question about D

Hi All,I have a question about bowel behavior and healing. Lately, my regular morning BM is a trophy, followed - maybe 1/2 hour to an hour - by several episodes of very watery, crampy, and scant D. There is no discernible blood but the urgency and nausea/upset associated with D is all there. I've looked hard at what I'm eating for breakfast and there doesn't seem to be a clear pattern of food intolerance, though I'm going to try removing the SCD yogurt (to see if there's a casein issue.) Other than that, does this sound like a normal stage in the cycle of healing? Thanks in advance,Nina
