Most " low fat cheeses " add starch or sugar to make up for the

taste they lose by removing the fat. Compare the carbs in low fat and

regular.

Low fat cheddar, for instance, has 1 full gram of carbs in a 1 ounce

serving.

Regular cheddar only has .4 grams in a one ounce serving,

I know you're concerned about cholesterol, but quite honestly, our legal

cheeses and eggs aren't an issue.
