Hi all. I wanted to introduce myself,I just started this group

today. My name is Therese I have had IB problems, well, since my

mother told me when I started eating cereal... wow, who knew this

would be the diet for me 41 years later. Anyway, I have had tummy

trouble for a long while, that was never diagnosed, female struggles,

and about 2 years ago I was diagnosed with M.S. (multiple

sclerosis). Well, back in November after my 41st birthday I decided

around Thanksgiving weekend that I was going to finally take the leap

of faith and trust God in this diet. My friend Ann has been trying

to get me to do this diet for 8 years now... I just so happened to

recieve the BTVC book from here as she conviently had an extra copy

on hand.

I have to anounce to the world that after a month on this diet I feel

like I am in total remission! This is so great to me and my family.

When I cheat, we all pay dearly... so I am trying very hard to stick

with it. Thank you all for having such a support group out there! I

have been sharing this diet with anyone and everyone that feels awful.

Blessings and here's to your HEALTH,

Therese, in Ohio

dh Dennis for 16 1/2 yrs

dd almost 15 (yikes)
