With respect to the tea discussion we had yesterday, on the legal/illegal list, it says *only* that black tea has to be made weak. It doesn't specify that for greentea, but it says to limit it to 2 cups a day. Green teaLegalLimited to 2 cups per day.I think if green tea had to be made weakit would specify as it does for black tea, unless someone knows something to thecontrary? Similarly, it seems that mint tea can be made at full strength. TeaLegalOrdinary black tea is legal but should be made weak.Instant tea,Ojibwa tea (Essiac), many herbal teas, teas made from bark etc are full of polysaccharides and are illegal. Peppermint and spearmint herb teas are legal, and you can make a tea from ginger which is also legal. And of course everyone has to regulate thisto their own individual reactions as well. Mara
