Guest guest
Have I been making a mistake all this time with using chili powder? I've been buying it at the health food store in the bins where you can scoop out how much you want - Frontier is the name brand. Is chili powder illegal? I've been using it a lot in my chili recipe and a tex-mex recipe I love. I just got back from the book store and for the first time got to look at the grain-free gourmet book and noticed in their chili recipe and the taco filling they did not use chili powder. Please let me know if I should not be using this powder as I do not want to be taking anything that is SCD illegal. If this is illegal, does anyone have a recipe for homemade chili powder? Thanks in advance. Tina Kautzmann SCD 1 yr. Celiac, Leaky gut, Kidney disease and CandidaCarol Frilegh wrote: Is the cream treated with Lacteeze drop? Hi Jod,I have my list of sleep aids that I turn to when I'm missing Zzzzz's. Note that this list isn't additive, I don't use them all together but rather separately, depending on how dire my deficit is. In emergencies I do turn to very small amounts of meds:1. Cup of hot water with a bit of heavy cream & honey2. Yogurt or Turkey about an hour before bedtimeMost of the time, a cup of hot water with honey/cream and some gentle stretching are enough to turn off my brain and relax my body.I wish you rest,Nina in MA Carol F.
