Yogurt from your yogurt maker which has been dripped = yogurt cheese = thicker, less tart = yummy. Yogurt made with full cream or even half & half with no illegals from your yogurt maker = French Cream, especially if dripped! I drip all my yogurt for several reasons. I like it that way.
