Here are some milkshake recipes,

1). Basic Milk Shake

(397 calories, 16 grams of protein)

1 cup of ice cream

2 TBSP of nonfat dry milk powder

1/2 cup whole milk

20 extra calories can be added by adding 1 tsp. of Kayro syrup.

40 extra calories can be added by adding 1 teaspoon of canola oil,

just blend really well.

2). Lemon Frosted

(650 calories and 24 grams of protein)

1/2 cup lemonade

1 & 1/2 cups of vanilla ice cream

1/4 cup of half and half

1/2 cup butter milk

3 TBSP nonfat dry milk

3). Orange Buttermilk

(530 calories and 15 grams of protein)

1 cup buttermilk

1/2 cup orange juice

2 TBSP brown sugar

1 cup vanilla ice cream

4). Pina Colda

(214 calories and 2 grams of protein)

1/4 cup coconut milk

1/2 cup pineapple juice

1/4 cup canned pineapple

5). Tofu-riffic Shake

(650 calories and 35 grams of protein)

1/2 cup tofu (3-5 ounces)

1 & 1/2 cups whole milk

1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 TBSP instant decaf coffee powder or cocoa powder

6).Banana Split Shake

(495 calories and 18 grams of protein)

3/4 cup whole milk

1 cup ice cream

2 TBSP chocolate syrup

1/2 banana
