Guest guest Posted January 8, 2008 Report Share Posted January 8, 2008 I made the French Cream (yummy!) and find that I digest it better than the whole milk yogurt. Is it okay to eat three cups a day of the french cream, just as it is the yogurt? It's a lot more fatty, so I wasn't sure if that would be ok. Also, if you use the french cream often, how long do you usually ferment it? The BTVC book says 24-48 hours. Why so long? TIA, ~ CeliacStart the year off right.
