Guest guest
Are you treating your toddler for nutritional deficits are you just giving vitamins as a supplement to your child's diet? In the case of nutritional deficits, it would be better to have some sort of testing done rather than just giving vitamins hoping for the best. This way you can be specific in what you are targeting. A lot of people hear this vitamin is good for whatever reason, but anything can become toxic to the body if it overloads the body. Plus, as a rule of thumb if you are using vitamins as a supplement to the diet, it is always better to use food form vitamins in the case of a multi because it's more naturally absorbable. Individual dosages of vitamins and minerals should be given only if you know there is a specific deficit or behavior you are targeting. New MapQuest Local shows what's happening at your destination.
