Way to go Vickie! I know it is hard to hear those kinds of comments

that family members make, they think there helping. The truth is if

they would just stop and think first they might realize we've already

tryed everything and nothing worked. I find the DS to be a very

freeing option. I find diet's play to much with my head. Good luck on

your new path.
