Guest guest
has anyones eye sight gotten better on the diet? i feel that on my good days my eyes " feel " so much better. i have been to many ophthalmologists over the years and they all said my eyes are fine. but i still would have so many problems with light sensitivity and irritation. i would always be told use " fake tears, your eyes are dry thats why you have bad headaches and your eyes feel they hurt " i don't need to use my glasses as much. i also don't need to wear my sunglasses all the time (although i do feel pretty darn cool in them) but now it's a choice. i am amazed at how many levels of healing i am going through on scd.. it's awesome! jodi
Guest guest
I posted an article a week or so back about new research showing how greater frequency of headaches tend to go with gastro problems. So it makes sense that you are doing better that way as you heal. Guest guest
My 3 1/2 ds had definite eye improvement. I don't know if he ever had pain, but he had a hard time with light sensitivity. His eyes were slow to undialate when he went inside so he was afraid to walk into dark places. I noticed a change at about 2 months on the diet. our optamologist says his eyes are dialating normally and he likes to go in dark places like the spider exibit at the zoo. Mother to 3 1/2 in-utero stroke, immature digestive system and possible Celiac SCD since 10/07 And 19 months NT but SCD too and loving it
