Guest guest Posted February 21, 2008 Report Share Posted February 21, 2008 I just added yogurt back to my diet Monday and my stomach has been getting very bloated but there isn't any pain associated with it. Is yogurt known to cause gas? Do you think 6oz at a time is too much to start off with? Other than the bloating, I seem to be doing fine.
