I know it's written in several places that any prepared mayonnaise

is not legal on SCD. However, I noticed Spectrum organic mayonnaise

is listed on www.nomorecrohns.com under prepared foods and I've seen

it several times at Whole Foods.

I looked up the product on the Spectrum Organics website and the

only questionable ingredient is the Expeller Pressed Organic Soybean

Oil I think. Here is a link to the site...

http://www.spectrumorganics.com/?id=57

and here is a list of the ingredients:

Expeller Pressed Organic Soybean Oil, Pasteurized Organic Whole

Eggs, Pasteurized Organic Egg Yolks, Filtered Water, Organic Honey,

Organic Distilled White Vinegar, Sea Salt, Organic Dry Mustard,

Organic Lemon Juice Concentrate. (Gluten Free)

If anyone has an opinion on this I would love to hear your thoughts.

Thank you,

Joanna

Technically it's not considered legal, as soybean oil was made

illegal in late editions of the book and on the website.

Then there's also the problem of affirming with the company

that there are no other ingredients, etc.
