Guest guest
Hi - I have been on the diet since 1-7-08. I did the intro for five days and had major DIE-OFF symptoms. Thought I was going to die-off. The die-off (headaches, stomach pains, weak legs, trembling, fatigue, general weakness, and worsening tinnitus)hasn't let up much since the intro. I added in nut muffins for C about the fourth week of the diet. I have been abusing this " privilege " because I am constantly hungry. Now I think I'm reacting to nut flours. My diet consists of: baked fish, chicken, buffalo, cornish hens, beef, turkey, most veggies and fruit which are cooked, peeled and pureed. I also juice fresh fruits and veggies (all diluted and strained). I am dairy intolerant so I am just taking 1 Kirkman acidophilus/day - no yogurt. I am on a 4 day rotation diet and take sublingual allergy drops for food and inhalant allergies. Has anyone had any luck getting rid of food intolerances with the diet? Should I go back to the into diet and take out the nut flour muffins for now (BUT I'M SO HUNGRY!)? Thanks in advance for your ideas/advice.
