Guest guest
Hi! Again, I have more concerns:p Thanks for all your responses to my questions thus far, it has really helped! I am concerned though, because my BM's in the mornings have gotten looser the past 3 days in particular and this morning I noticed some undigested food, which has me really worried as I have not had this in awhile and am worried I am doing something wrong? A previous reply about the color changes in my BM's said to be cautious of " undigested foods " and so I am worried! I have only been eating the Intro-chicken soup, carrots, green beans, eggs, pureed butternut squash, gelatin squares, and baked fish. The only thing I can think of is that 3 days ago, I tried 2 bites of Farmers cheese moistened with a tiny bit of homemade yogurt..could this be the cause of this undigestion going on? It seems like I had soo little and I didn't have any problems right afterwards, so i thought it would be ok. I also had a piece of salmon last night for the first time since starting the diet, but am usually able to tolerate this well. I am mainly concerned because I am underweight as it is and have lost 2 more pounds since last week and I am scared to eat anything, today all I had was eggs, chicken soup (without carrots), baked fish, and gelatin squares. I can't lose any more weight and my Doctor is only on board for this diet if I don't lose more weight! I am also extremely exhausted and have no energy, but I feel like I am scared to eat anything to make things worse and because I don't want to start the steroids again! I really believe in this diet, but am just unsure what to do at this point and I don't want my Doctor to go against it either Any suggestions? If it may be the yogurt, should I start acidolphilus pills instead? na UC July '07, problems 1 1/2 years SCD 8 days Asacol 3 pills (4oomg) 3x/day
