Dear Group, It has come to my attention that some parents have been persecuted or intimidated by school staff members after posting their child's negative classroom experiences to this listserv. While I am disappointed that any of the many educators on this listserv (or who receive listserv postings 2nd or 3rd - hand) would stoop to this level, I recognize, and you should, too, that this is a public listserv read on a regular basis by literally thousands of people. Therefore, if you have privacy concerns, I urge to to be discreet in your postings. Don't mention the name of the teacher and/or school if you fear repercussions. Of course, if you want the world to know about your grievance, then go ahead and post, as long as you keep in mind that you don't know who may eventually be reading it. Karp List
