Got just the bike...it is called the california chariot. I bought it for my son. It is a cross between a BMX bike, scooter and shopping cart (not kidding). It has a BMX front wheel with brakes, two skate board skids and shopping cart wheels. My son uses it...same problem-can't balance or coordinate left-right to pedal. This stays upright so it doesn't fall over like a scooter and meets the cool factor with the kids with the BMX wheel. It is $169 new (just google california chariot) but you might be able to find one on e-bay or craigs list.>> I am looking for a bike for my autistic son for Xmas, that has 3> wheels.
