Guest guest
thanks - I never use syrup so it was ok to eat that yesterday on intro? eileen > > Remember it wasn't Elaine that made up the the stages of food, it was the moderators of pecanbread. Maybe it's the syrup because it couldn't be the chicken or the egg. Guest guest
Well Mara they are actually pretty good with a syrup of honey, butter and water heated. Katy I don't really think adults at least eat chicken pancakes with syrup. _____________________________________________________________Don't risk your health! Boulardi might be able to help establish some kind of balancing of your intestinal bacteria and help in general, given your range of symptoms - not specific to vaginal itchiness. > I have yogurt and actually had the cheescake ist time yesterday - Cooked yogurt has *no* probiotic efficacy -it's just an ingredient. All the little bacteria have died and gone to bacteria heaven. > but sheila mentioned maybe waiting on the yogurt to see how i'm doing > so i wasn't going to have any today now maybe i should up that and > the lyosan due to itchiness?? Do what Katy recommended. But also try a little bit by mouth. And slowly increase your dosage. It's more effective than the capsules because it can travel further through your system because the yogurt provides a kind of casing. > i have tried green beans no good zuchhini a few times not great after > don't like cucumbers and baked squash was ok - should do that again > i guess- but similar to carrot right?? no, you need diversity. eat the backed squash. And if that works, try other kinds of baked squash. There's a whole range. >? i need greens i think yes. how about pureed spinach. which is yum. Also, what you can't handle at one point, you may be able to handle afterwards. Are you drinking diluted juices as another way to get nutrients? Also maybe cranberry juice. >- no > mushroom yet with itchiness - any other thoughts??? > thank you > eileen 3 months > i never drink enough but with end of bm soft i don't want to soften > too much either right??? I think that just shows you have active disease. Not that you are drinking too much. Mara
