Hi, there, I order my yogurt starter directly from lyosan in Quebec. Their # is: 1-. You can order the yogurt starter and the yogurt maker. My local source for both is no longer, so I discovered I can place a mail order. When last I did, I enquired as to the glass jar for the yogurt maker and was told that Lucy is the only one who carries it. Assuming she obtains these from them, it's odd they can't be ordered directly. I didn't push the issue, though, because my French is "rusty", as was her English. LOL The order arrived fine, though, so that's the main thing! -Debra
