Real Balsamic Vinegar- legal or not?

On the legal / illegal list Basalmic vinegar is mentioned as illegal but with

the following

mention:

" It's not that balsamic vinegar is illegal, it's that what you can get in the

store isn't really

balsamic vinegar and most have sugar added to them so Elaine doesn't allow it. "

Here in Canada, we can now purchase the Bionaturae organic Balsamic vinegar. It

is

guaranteed to be made only from certified organic grapes with no sulfites added.

I can certainly do without it, but it has an excellent taste and if it is

actually legal, I would

keep it in list of usable products.
