It's been reported on Pecan Bread that cooked butternut squash or ripe avocado works well for making chicken nuggets, if stage two. For stage one, cooked mashed carrots and / or apples or pears work well. Mix just enough it for the chicken to stick together. Then roll the mixture into balls and cook in a buttered pan, in the oven. The chicken should already be cooked and chopped / ground fine. Another egg replacer is a bit of pecan butter and avocado, along with a bit of baking soda and vinegar. — Marilyn New Orleans, Louisiana, USA Undiagnosed IBS since 1976, SCD since 2001 Darn Good SCD Cook No Human Children Shadow & Sunny Longhair Dachshund
