Guest guest
Hi Steve, I personally know of one man that was bit and infected while attending a concert in Central Park, so the answer is yes, it does exist in NYC and I'm sure anywhere else there are birds and rodents. Guest guest
Hi, >Is it acceptable to mix in MSM (1g) and L Glutamine >(1-2g) with a gram of ascorbic acid in a glass of >water. I would avoid mixing MSM and C. MSM is a sulfur compound, and has lots of free -SH groups. These could easily catalyze oxidation of the C that is in solution. If the C was in capsules, that would probably be different - the capsules would protect the C from reaction with the MSM for long enough to get them to the stomach at least, where absorbtion is fast enough that the reaction would not be so much of a problem. Guest guest
Dan...2 comments. First, watch out for comments like " we weren't particularly sorry " about his death. Personally, I have difficulty saying that about just about anyone except maybe Hitler. He still was a human. Second, I look at the situation as the same as dwarf tossing in the old days. There was a " job " that was potentially life threatening to a person of short stature...more than a person of average height. And yet, bars didn't have " people tossing " events....they did it because the person was a a dwarf. The persons' choice...right? Hank was mocked because he was a dwarf. That was his " job " . He engaged in risky behaviors like drinking too much because it was his " job " . So would we feel the same or differently if we had heard of a fellow LP who was being " tossed " as his/her " job " and broke their neck and died? Just musings.... Guest guest
I know that we took my son the the water park and there is this one ride that yu slide down and go spinning around inside a tunnel and come flying out upside down, sideways whatever and land under water. They have a tunnel that is open and one in the dark. He loves the one in the dark.Anyway, I couldn't believe that he spent that much time going on it so many times in a row.I told his OT about it and she said that it is very common for kids with SI to need the heavy stimulation. loves for someone to beat him on the back!! Anyway that may be what yours needs.Just a thought>Gretchen
