I have noticed a difference between the two, obviously consistent w/ variation in processing. One seemed reminiscent of processed cheese,(shinier, oilier somehow), while the Danish did not. I think it, too, was more flavourful (the latter). My personal experience is that I do better w/ the harder cheeses and the Havarti on occasion. -Debra Looking for last minute shopping deals?
