In case you haven’t seen the recent presentations

made to Florida legislators copies are attached. On Tuesday, December 16, 2008 Jim

DeBeaugrine, APD Agency Director presented to the House Human Services

Appropriations Committee and Dyke Snipes, Deputy Secretary for Medicaid

presented to the House Health Care Appropriations Committee.

As you may know, I am no longer with the Agency

for Persons with Disabilities and my role as Family Care Council Liaison has
