Egg products often have junk added to them. Be very wary. You be better

off using whites of fresh eggs and throwing away the yolks. (Or feed them

to someone else.)

Trying to lower cholesterol by eating little or no fat RAISED my

cholesterol. Eating grass-fed meats and dairy dropped it more than 20

points.
