muscle cramps and vit question too

gotten a few charlie horses -real painful in the night ( not lacking

potassium as i have 3 bananas a day) any thoughts? my jaw muscles hurt

while chewing yesterday too???

also

for my sons anyone have a kid multi-vit with fluoride either gf or scd -

I have freeda now gf not scd but no fluoride and so bad 1 won't take

them?? they are 3 and 5 y.o.
