This Vitacoast contains illegal ingredients: modified cellulose is one.

There is a list of legal supplements at:

If you want to determine legality of pills you need to look up the

ingredients or contact the company. Also familiarize yourself with

illegals by rechecking BTVC and SCD websites.

Sorry, I am 98% " med-free " so have no recommendations.

why not just take the ingredient that you want instead of all the other things. If peppermint oil is what you want, try to find just that. Do a google search. www.mountainroseherbs.com is something you could check out. Katy
