little red dots all over my baby...

does anyone know what they could be? They are pin-point and just barely

raised above the skin and red and all over her- from head to toe! She

doesn't have fever, no irratibility except for in the evening (whihc she was

having before the dots appeared last night) She is 4 weeks old - anyone

experience anythinglike this??
