Guest guest Posted March 8, 2008 Report Share Posted March 8, 2008 Anyone out there with scientific experience about the integrity of packing the yogurt with frozen gel packs and the cultures still being good after a five or six hour flight? Concerns: 1. Are the cultures still active? 2 Does it matter if I move the yogurt from my glass cooking container to a plastic Tupperware type? 3.
