I had a recent yeast problem following my visit to Trinidad. Not knowing what I was being served I ate very little, but had dates in my hotel room. I obviously ate too many.

When I got home I stopped eating dates and bananas and soon recovered. I don't eat honey. Am back on bananas but not dates.

Don't know what I am going to take with me when I next go to Trinidad, apart from tinned fish and black olives.
