Any kind of cheese you lke and you need reynolds freezer paper and a

microwave. place lets say a slice of american cheese on the shinny

side of the paper and nuke it for 30 sec or till you like more if you

like crispy and less if you like gooey. let cool a min or two and enjoy

.. it is that simple. Sue :)

Eileen, what are the ingredients on the labels of the low fat cheese? Sometimes they add stuff to cover that there isn't any fat in them. Kathy

Most " low fat cheeses " add starch or sugar to make up for the

taste they lose by removing the fat. Compare the carbs in low fat and

regular.

Low fat cheddar, for instance, has 1 full gram of carbs in a 1 ounce

serving.

Regular cheddar only has .4 grams in a one ounce serving,

I know you're concerned about cholesterol, but quite honestly, our legal

cheeses and eggs aren't an issue.
