Well, I could plug all that in to a program I have... but then you won't

learn how to do things for yourself. Go out to Fitday.com, and get

yourself a free account. Then plug in everything you eat in a day, along

with amounts. (Yes, this means measuring the amount of oil you drizzle on

things, too.)

It will break it down into proteins and fats and carbohydrates.

Then you can decide where you need to add things.

Just looking at it, though, you haven't added any well-cooked, and

perhaps pureed vegetables. You're going to need those to begin to get

things regular.
