Guest guest Posted March 31, 2008 Report Share Posted March 31, 2008 Good Day! Does anyone know if Fennel is SCD Legal? My son tried roasted celery root yesterday and he loved it. It reminded him of potatoes with a hint of celery. I cut up the celery root into small bite sizes and mixed with olive oil, roasted at 425 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
