I am looking for a Physical Therapist and a Speech Therapist that

takes UHC (United Health Care) and is able to provide services for my

3 year old at the daycare. The daycare is located near Pines Blvd. and

184th Ave and the two available times are on Fridays from 8-9AM and 2-

3PM.
