Guest guest
Whole Foods Mkt. has corn bread and muffins that are gluten free. Publix which displays a GFCF pamplet on the rack with their sale ads has an aisle for healthy alternatives that has several good products. If you are near the Publix at Sawgrass Promenade in Deerfield they have a good selection. There is a job coach for a guy who does balloons who is there on Thurs. and Sat. mornings who is good at showing people things on this aisle.G.Subject: GFCF DietTo: sList Date: Wednesday, October 8, 2008, 5:35 PM Hi, I have tried GFCF for my 23 month old daughter for 2wks about a month ago but my daughter absolutely wouldnt eat anything that I was giving her. Anyone have success with giving GFCF bread to their child? My daughter loves Waffels and Cin Rais Toast and I tried several different kinds and She spit it out. Any ideas on what to feed her if I start this again?
Guest guest
After trying a couple of pancake mixes, I've found that Bob's Red Mill and Pamela's are the best. I actually add some cinnamon, a little brown sugar and some nutmeg. Tried Namaste, but they leave a bitter aftertaste. Also, for waffles, Van's Apple Cinnamon are good as well as Kinnickinnick Brown Sugar Waffles. Regarding the toast, Glutino makes a nice cinnamon raisin bread and bagels. > > > The best pancakes are made with almond flour.
