I wanted to fill it out but as I was going to, it clearly says it is just for parents with children attending Public Schools.

Please Complete Survey on Special Education in Florida

Parents and Advocates:

I am collaborating with the Florida Developmental Disabilities Council on a research project studying the effectiveness of IDEA and Section 504 complaint procedures in Florida . An important element of this research is a survey of parents and educational advocates, so that we can understand your perspective of special education in Florida . For this reason we are seeking to obtain the maximum survey responses fromboth parents and advocates. Below you will find links to surveys forparents and advocates. You need only click on those links or (if thatfails) copy and paste the link into your browser. The survey only takes afew minutes but your responses will be invaluable. Please be careful to only respond to the survey which corresponds to yourstatus as either a Florida parent of a child with disabilities or/and aFlorida educational advocate. For the purpose of this survey an educationaladvocate is an individual who presents him/herself as an educationaladvocate and regularly advocates for children with disabilities. If you areboth a Florida parent of a child with an educational disability and aneducational advocate you may complete both surveys. Parent of a child with educational disabilities Educational Advocate Please forward the links for these surveys, along with the aboveinstructions, to any parents of children with disabilities or educationaladvocates you may know. The wider this survey is distributed and thegreater number of responses we receive the more valid our results will be.Please send the survey to all eligible individuals, without consideration oftheir feelings, pro or con, relative to the education of children withdisabilities. Your responses and your help in distributing this survey are greatlyappreciated. Mark S.
