Adam, Well, despite your saying to contact you off list, we seem to be discussing this on-list, anyway. The first re-introductions if you are going to do them, should be at least one year after the last symptom has disappeared. Ealine's daughter was, I think, asymptomatic after two years, but she kept her strict SCD for another 4-6 years, as Dr. Haas had passed away, and she could not ask him. My niece is celiac, and SCD, and has found, after three years, that she can have small amounts of potatoes, maybe once a week, small amounts of rice pasta, again once a week. She has noted that she doesn't think she'll ever be able to do SAD again, not that she wants to. For myself, I'm staying SCD, with no special interest in hunting for odd and exotic grains that I might be able to tolerate, just to have grain. Good luck!
