Hi Adam. If I were healed on SCD and could try grain again, I would start wih

Buckwheat (not a type of wheat), Amaranth or Quinoa first...they are in

differemt food families than Kamut which is a variety of gluten wheat and may be

easier on your gut...have you considered rice, too? Wild Rice, Basmati, Brown

etc. Good luck and congrats if you are there!!!
