I have an old Melitta pottery coffee drip cone and I set it n a glass

and insert a #6 paper coffee filter and pour in yogurt. I let it

stand in or out of the fridge for 4 hours (longer if I want " cream "

cheese)I have also lined a colander with cheesecloth over a bowl and

done it that way. Throw away the liquid or feed it to your plants.

Yogurt is a base for spreads, dips, frostings and can be used in

sauces and soups or o make ice cream.

French cream is yogurt made from cream, not milk.
