Bacon - where to buy and which brands?

Hi everyone! I'm supporting my 25 year old son, who has suffered with

crohn's disease for 10 years, on the SCD. He started it 3 weeks ago

when I was over from England visiting him in Chapel Hill, NC. So far it

has been a success and since I've left he's managed to both make yogurt

and bake with almond flour - he enjoys cooking and would have loved to

become a chef, so that really helps I guess! The thing is - he's

gradually progressing to new legal foods and he's asked me if I can

find out where he can get legal bacon? Can anyone advise which brands

are legal in the US and what he needs to look for? Our thanks go to
