sorry, we call the doctor's office here surgeries. i was only there

to get some blood taken, though i have to say it was a tad sore this

morning. i normally dont even notice it.

i didn't even need to talk about my weight today with her. it was

just us passing the time of day and she went into all lecture mode.

you are doing well girl regarding laura but i have a wicked

suggestion, why dont you get a new kitten or puppy. (i think thats

what i want).

i'm not even on pred... but i dont need to justify myself, sure i

dont....

ive just made some really spicy soup full of mushrooms, peppers and

spinach, very little calories. veg stock, thai spices and chili.

its lovely but that skinny man of mine has went back for seconds (and

he's not even fat).
