Guest guest
I have to travel to Mexico in mid-April and am worried about maintaining the diet. Although I have only been on the diet about a month, I feel that my health has been improving significantly and don't want to suffer a relapse. My doctor has given me antibiotics (Flagyl and Cipro) for the trip that I will avoid using to the extent possible. I plan on taking probiotics with me and might even pack scd yogurt in my suitcase with a cold pack. Obviously, I'll avoid drinking any water and even brush my teeth and wash fruit with bottled water. Does anyone have any other suggestions about staying on the diet while traveling, particularly in Mexico?
